Brilliant hotel. Fantastic location. Amazing views. (I'm starting to run out of superlatives here).
Stayed for 3 nights as a couple. Breakfasts were superb (kept you going all day). Beds very comfortable. Location is excellent - walk out the front door and you get amazing view over the Fisherman's beach (the old Town beach). Utterly faultless trip IMO, and will definitely be back as soon as I can. It was my first time in Portugal - it couldn't have been better and the hotel was part of the reason.
We had a great few days here. Staff are lovely super friendly especially the lady with wavy hair on reception. Breakfast had a good selection and pancakes were lovely. Short walk in to old town and views of the beach were fantastic. We really enjoyed it. Thankyou
Room was very clean. Bed was comfy and the rooms were quiet at night.
Hotel was in a great location for the old town, just 5 minutes into the main square.
Only thing I would recommend is to pay for a sea view room as the land view we had is really not great as one of the buildings outside is derelict with homeless living in it.

Absolutely horrendous experience of this hotel. The pool is tiny and they only have about 10 sun loungers. God help you if you leave your sun lounger (which you have queue for at 7am) for about 5 minutes because they just give it to somebody else!!! Staff all have a 'couldn't care less' attitude to everything. Breakfast in the restaurant is simply annoying with constantly having to barge past people because there is no room to maneuvere. Also the breakfast selection is minimal. Loved Albufeira but hated this horrible tatty hotel. Avoid!!!
Amazing hotel, will 100% be back. The location is just perfect, right beside the beach, and just a short walk to old town.
Staff were lovely and the housekeeping team were really excellent. Cleaned the rooms spotless every single day and couldn’t do enough for you.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Albufeira.

Stayed 4 nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great variety of food at the breakfast service and the bar in the evening has a great selection of drinks. The hotel is adults only aswell.
The pool and lounge area outside are a bit smaller than I'd have liked. You need to be down early in the morning to get a lounger or mid afternoon around 2pm to 3pm. It was a good time to get a lounger, and the pool was quieter.
The room itself wasn't massive, with the shower being particularly small. We requested a balcony that looked over the beach (we requested this months in advance when we booked the hotel) it cost €100 extra or €25 per night. Otherwise, you could get a balcony that overlooks the street, which isn't the most pleasant.
Overall I'd say 4/5 stars. I would choose this hotel again.
Great hotel with perfect position room well presented (no tea or coffee facilities) service in the bar and restaurant at times was not the best and there was several of the staff who they thought they owned the hotel
